In our facilities we have the most modern equipment to apply sleeves to bottles, bottles or other types of packaging automatically or manually. We do the application in a steam tunnel.
Sleeves are product labels, heat shrinkable, supplied in sleeve or sheet to sheet and which have the particularity of adapting to the shape of the bottle / bottle / packaging where they are placed. They gain the desired shape after being subjected to a thermal source allowing 360º of informative exposure of the product.
The source may be electrical or preferably derived from moist heat, steam.
The process is divided into two phases: application and retraction, as shown in the image.

How it works?
We receive the undifferentiated or bulk product from our customers and put the sleeve previously manufactured, or supplied by the customer.
After placing the sleeve, the product is repackaged and can also be re-labeled, handled or grouped, depending on the logistical requirement.
Afterwards, it is palletized to return to the customer or go directly to the retail or logistics warehouses.
All products are packed with the utmost rigor to protect all materials from temperature variations. We ensure all legal and logistical requirements in order to maintain the best conditioning of products.
